I'm confused by these pictures because it just looks like you were in a neutral position for the "after" pic and squanched up your whole face and neck for the "before" pic. Like boo, who do you think you're fooling?

No, no swelling that I recall. Also to report back: I feel like my overall results improved over several months. It’s still not a dramatic difference but enough that this doesn’t bother me as much anymore.
