SculpSure on "love handles"

Almost time for my next treatment!
So I was told that 8 weeks is the best time to come in for the second treatment. You "can" go in as early as 6 weeks but your body needs time to process the dead fat and flush it out. I initially lost some weight (scale based) about 4 weeks out from the first procedure. I've since put it back on based on scale weight but to be honest it could be water retention or any number of factors and most likely doesn't represent fat gain. I can't really tell visually if there is a difference. I still have a "muffin" top but whether it is less pronounced than it was prior to the first treatment I couldn't say. I am excited to see what the second treatment brings. Especially since it will be right before the holidays. I am hoping to have a little weight loss before then! I find weight management (as most women I'm sure do) around the holidays the most difficult. It's not worth saying no to the glass of wine or the cannoli. Life is short! I am having a bloated, rainy day, stay in my PJs day so I didn't update pics, but honestly I don't think there's much to see. I will do a photo update after my next procedure! Hope all you beauties are doing well and enjoying the autumn season!

First SculpSure Treatment
Hi beauties! I had my first treatment! Joanne at Begin With Skin was awesome. She walked me through everything that she was doing. I looked at a lot of other ladies reviews to help prep myself for what to expect. What made me the most nervous was the reviews that talked about pain. I had hoped it would be "pain free". I will say that the pain is tolerable. The provider was very honest about what to expect and she stayed with me and talked to me through the whole procedure which was about 25 minutes. The distraction of conversation definitely helped. She also had a separate machine that blasted cold air that she let me use. I don't know that the cooling actually helped but again the distraction of actually doing something helped.
Joanne asked me during the procedure if it hurt less than getting a tattoo as she saw I had ink on my lower back. I'd have to say it hurt about the same. I think the pain must be different depending on where you're getting the procedure done. I've read the inner thighs is the most sensitive.
I took before pictures and Joanne took before pictures too. I was told that it would take about 6-12 weeks to see the results. You need to massage the area twice a day everyday and this helps to push any dead fat cells through your lymphatic system. You may get nodules and that is normal. I haven't experienced any, but I will keep you ladies updated. There was no pain after the procedure but the area is a bit tender.
Only time (6-12 weeks) will tell, but I will keep this review upsated. If it works then I would say it is totally worth it and the pain is tolerable.

Good luck! I go back for my 2nd tx on Oct 6. That will be 6 wk 5 days for my first appt of 8/20. I’m so thrilled for this experience from RF/RS. I look forward to following your journey! ❣️
Yeay! That is exciting! I might wait the 12 weeks before my next treatment, I haven’t decided yet. I agree, the opportunity is incredible. I need to jump over and see your review now!
I’m not sure but it seems like thy schedule everyone for f/u at the 6-8 wk mark and I assume final results are at 12 weeks? I need to read the info again to freshen my memory. But a lot of the RF girls seem like they are going about the same time frame for the f/u. I had to move my appt by a few days, it originally was today. Only prob I will be in the beg/middle of my period so my weight may be a bit off or my tummy may be a bit more bloated for pics possibly, dunno.
Huh, interesting. My provider said to me that the soonest I could do the second treatment was 6 weeks but that most people don’t see a full result until 12 and that’s when we really want to do the second treatment. She was happy for me to come any time after 6 weeks though but she didn’t make it sound like I needed to as part of the SculpSure program. Now I’m wondering.

SculpSure on "love handles"
As part of the Real Friends program I had the opportunity to receive two treatments of SculpSure complimentary so that I could give my honest opinion of the procedure. In this review I will discuss the procedure, the provider, and my overall experience!
To give you a little background on me; I'm a 35 year old mom of 2 (6&7 years old), I have had a tummy tuck to repair my diastasis recti and loose skin from pregnancy(I did a review on this as well!), I am about 30lbs over weight but am working on my fitness! I did not have liposuction with my TT and I definitely felt there were some areas that could use some help. The idea of lipo scared me when I did the research and read the reviews. I had also considered CoolSculpt but the risk of necrosis scared me off of that. I really liked how noninvasive SculpSure was.
I chose my love handles because it's the one area that seems to be the most stubborn. Even at 140 (my goal weight, I'm 5'6") I felt I got the dreaded "muffin top". I'm full hipped so that area just adds to it!
The provider for the procedure was Joanne Sargent at Begin With Skin Med Spa. She was fantastic. When I went in for the initial consult she discussed the procedure with me and walked me through everything, I knew exactly what to expect. I had done a lot of research on my own and she confirmed everything I had learned about SculpSure which made me feel at ease. She agreed that my "love handles" was a great area to treat. She had a lovely office and I immediately felt comfortable. I will post pictures in my review of the first treatment! I hope this helps any ladies (or gents) thinking about the procedure and please know I'm happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability! Thanks for reading beauties, I look forward to connecting with you.
