SculpSure / Before Pictures
I'm scheduled for a consultation and treatment (both on the same day) August 22nd with Dr. Puente. I don't really have much fat, but since I'm part of the Real Friends program, I'm taking advantage of this phenomenal offer. I will review Dr. Puente tomorrow after my treatment.
I hope he finds me as a good candidate for SculpSure of my waist. I would love to get another half inch off. That may be wishful thinking, but who knows, right? If he determines that I don't have enough fat around my waist, well have to come up with plan B. Perhaps lower back or lower abdomen. I'll see what he recommends.I'm attaching my start photos, which were taken at 10:00pm. For reference, my waist is 27.5 in the morning and 28 at night. Even though I had lipo done quite some time ago, I still swell throughout the day. The only way I'll be able to tell if it worked will be measuring my waistline at the end of the 1st and 2nd treatment. If I can end up with a 27" waistline I'll be thrilled, especially since my hips are 40".Ok dolls, I'll keep everyone posted!I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program.

Day of treatment with Dr. Puente!
I arrived promptly at my scheduled appointment at 2. The check-in process was a little odd, but I'll go into detail more when I do the provider review. This is a Dermatologist / med spa office that also specializes in tumescent liposuction as well as a host of other services. I was taking back into a treatment room where nurse Peggy talked to me about the areas I wanted to treat. She seemed a little reluctant, as I didn't appear to have much fat to her. Dr Puente came in to examine me. He told me I did not have any fat on my waist. He said the only area he could treat would be the lower back. I told him I had had Sculpsure about 3 months ago on my right saddlebag area, he said let's go ahead and treat that area again, since you can have 4 applicators. The agreement was to place 2 applicators on my lower back, and one on the right saddle bag. You can see in the pictures where the white markings are, that's where I was treated with Sculpsure. The nurse took before pictures and we got started.
It was very uncomfortable and painful at times, but I went through this before so I knew what to expect. I was able to tolerate the entire treatmentand on the highest setting. Thank God for those cool bursts of air because they really help you to get through the treatment. I have a return appointment in 6 weeks. I was kind of bummed that I couldn't get my waist done but he said there wasn't any fat there. :-(
Right now I have some mild swelling and no pain whatsoever. I did go for a jog after my treatment. I'll be massaging those areas twice a day for the next 6 weeks, staying active and drinking plenty of water.
I'm very thankful to Real Self for this opportunity to receive two complimentary treatments. This is quite a gift!

So glad to hear that you managed to weather the pain, and even went out for a run after! Can’t wait to see your results. I just posted my pix last night.

Swelling w/SculpSure
So, this time around with SculpSure I've noticed much more swelling. It's only been 5 days so it's to be expected. I mainly see it in my left flank area and right saddlebag. I will post some pictures later.
I'm drinking lots of water, exercising and massaging the treated areas!

Thanks for the update. That’s interesting that you’re noticing more swelling this time. Have you been more active? When I had my treatment I noticed my swelling would increase after exercising. Any nodules?

Yes it could be my activity level, I'm really hitting the gym these days. I do have a few small nodules. So far, so good. Thanks for checking in!

I’m on Day 9 of my 1st treatment and had 4 paddles/applicators on my abdomen. I went to a health center and they explained to me that being tiny and having too much done at once is really bad for you. So they wouldn’t allow 8 paddles to be used in 2 sessions like some others. But I was okay with that bc ultimately my health is most important to me. Plus I’m very thankful for the complimentary gift as well. I hope my abdomen shrinks as I’m to scared to get a TT. I could of did a MM when I had my BL/BA but my friend told me about her pain from her TT and I said no way. So I’m crossing my fingers and toes this works! Good luck w/your results. I got my review going for SculpSure too if you like to stop by. Thanks for sharing your journey. ❣️

Thanks for sharing your experience. I did have a tummy tuck in 2015, and your friend is correct, the pain is no joke! However, for me, I had a lot of loose skin and stretch marks and it just had to go. I only had 4 applicators used at one as well, I couldn't imagine having 8 at one time. Good luck and I'll be following your progress.

Well they wouldn’t use 8 but only 4 at a time, so 2 sessions. Like some are having their abdomen & flanks done. I have a lot of stretch marks and extra skin on my belly. I gained 70 lbs w/my 1st kiddo from pre-eclampsia and and once I lost it all I got prego w/my 2nd kid and got pre-eclampsia again but not as much weight gain. In the last 3 yrs I’ve lost 60 lbs and finally been weaned off all my diabetic medication as well. So my tummy has seen better days for sure but I’m still scared of that TT. My hubby tells me all the time though I’m beautiful! He thinks I’m crazy when I say I want a flatter tummy haha. I don’t feel fat, I only weigh 124 lbs but my tummy def has a bit of a jiggle. I feel very confident w/my new boobs by all means but now I jut need to tone up my gut!

Hey, I hope this works for you!!! Yes, I've been happy thus far. It's a great non invasive option!
I had my back done yesterday and it was so painful lol but was able to get thru it!
I unfortunately gained 10 lbs since my mm last year (smh) so plenty of areas to chose from lol
