Sculpsure After 70 Lb Weight Loss and TT
Sculpsure After 70 Lb Weight Loss and TT
I'm a 41 year old mother of 2 that had a Tummy Tuck in November 2017 after a 70 lb weight loss. I'm so glad I did it! However, my left flank is still much larger than my right flank and I feel like both my flanks weren't "carved out" as much as my surgeon told me they would be. My surgeon also said I'd get a little outer thigh lift as the result of a TT, but that didn't really happen either. (I did get a great inner thigh lift with the TT though!) So, I'm looking into Sculpsure for some help with my flanks and my outer thighs. I'm researching a few doctors in my area that do the procedure, and hoping it will help with the extra fat in my flanks, especially my left flank and some "after-effect" skin tightening of the outer thighs. I don't think lipo would be good for my outer thigh area - I'm afraid of causing even more of a "loose-skin" look.
I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program.

Had my first Sculpsure treatment! Here's my Day Of experience.
Now for the treatment experience of my flank.... I'm not going to lie, I'm not looking forward to doing the second treatment on my flank. It was uncomfortable. We started at the lowest power and I did end up at full power. Like other reviews have stated, just when I thought I wasn't sure I could take much more, the cooling sensation would start, giving me the break I needed. It didn't burn, it was more a feeling of contracting and pinching/tingling. I asked Patty if it was normal to feel like I have pretty bad menstrual cramps and she said that it was normal to feel that. That's the part that was most uncomfortable. The feeling of strong uterus cramping. I was so thankful that Patty was talking to me throughout the treatment, because there were times that I was struggling to get through. At one point I started to feel slightly light headed and wished I had eaten a snack before I went in. Make sure you eat something before you do this treatment! I asked how much time I had left and I still had 7 minutes, which I thought would never end. I was so glad when the flank was over. After Patty took the applicators off, the area was slightly red, and not hot to the touch, which was surprising. The front part of my flank where the first applicator was located was very sore, like I got elbowed in the side. I noticed I had a nodule about 2"x2" immediately after the treatment of my flank. Nodules are common and not a concern.
Patty then got me ready for the upper abs. She attached the applicator holders in place, they were snug but comfortable. She did the same prep that she did for my flanks. Machine warmed up the same and we started my upper ab treatment. Patty previously said she felt the flanks hurt more than the abs, so I was hoping this would be easier. It was! The upper abs were not uncomfortable at all! I could have done those all day. After the treatments were over, Patty told me to drink a lot of water and massage the areas for the next 6 weeks when I return for my second treatment to help my lymphatic system flush the destroyed fat cells out. I can't wait to see the results! I will post my one week update to let you all know how I feel and if I see any changes! Happy Sculpting!
