Five Months Post Sculpture Procedure
I am very grateful that I was given the opportunity to have two Sculpture treatments, which were given to me by the Realfriend Community.
I am very upfront and transparent with my results. I felt that this procedure did not really make much of an improvement in my flanks. I think in my situation this was not the “fix” for me. I had excess skin in my flanks, not fat. Sculpture is not a procedure for skin removal, or shrinking the skin.
I want to personally thank Dr. Fagman for this wonderful pro bono offer that I received!!

Two months post Sculptsure #2
It’s been two months since my Sculptsure treatment, and I can honestly say that it’s a subtle difference on my flanks, but definitely less of a “muffin top” when I’m wearing pants! I feel that my issue is not fat, it’s more lax skin. And, Sculptsure doesn’t melt lax skin. I will say, though, that I’m very pleased with the small changes it has brought to me. Sculptsure is a great procedure with no downtime, and relatively affordable. I’m very thankful for RealFriends for generously offering me this great opportunity!!

Muffin top is just not the look we women like to see when we wearing pants! It’s something that just appears overnight. But, my subtle difference has brought me much happiness!!!

There IS a difference from the first set of pics compared to these! I can see it! I'm kind of regretting not trying it now. Even a little change would've still been better. You look awesome, friend!❤️

To add to the lovefest: you do look fantastic! It’s interesting that your provider took the first pics with a gray background and the second with a black background. Ideally you’d want them to be with the same lighting and background color, imo. Of course I’m a detail freak. LOL. You should ask for your final set of pics to be in both the gray and black backgrounds. Just an idea. :-)

Yes, I questioned that too! She apologized and said she forgot to put the black background up. But, I soooo like your suggestion...take me final pix with both backgrounds. I’m a detail freak too. I notice everything. I’m kinda OCD!
