My second opinion is on Wednesday August 14th. I cannot wait to hear what they have to say. In the meantime, I went back to my PS for follow up are only to be berated for not losing (or gaining) any weight. I was told to cut my portions in half and lose all of my "fluff" and in 8 months I will have a nice body. I was also told that I had so much body volume they took all of the skin they possible could safely take with the skin measurer (seriously). This is a partnership he did his best now it's my turn to lose this weight. I asked when I should come back and he replied, "when you lose weight."

Thank You Ladies for all of your support and advice. I have a second opinion scheduled in two weeks. I still have gained and lost zero pounds my results are the same. I will try to update with photos ASAP

That doesn't look like a "weight gain" problem that looks like a surgery problem! I would get a second opinion a lawyer and maybe a big goon to jack him up in the parking lot!! Good luck! And I think when you find a good DR he will be able to fix this for you!

Quick update, super annoyed at this whole process. It's clearly not done to standard and my PS is blaming me and not taking responsibility for his work, instead he is giving me unattainable weight goals to push me off. I have no choice but to finish up with this dr and deal with it or repay and more downtime. I'm stuck with it. That said I still am super thrilled to have LESS skin on my abdomen, I just wish I felt better about the process as I seem to have a lower self esteem now than before the procedure, thanks to my PS calling me fat every opportunity he gets. I need to refocus.

Have you gotten a second opinion yet? Just to be fair, whenever I gain weight, I do get a shelf effect now. I just think you should have been smooth if you haven't gained weight. But I am no expert, hence the need fir a second PS...

Def get a second opinion! I've heard of Dr's preferring a person be a certain pre op weight but to blame you for the results because of your weight after? Makes no sense. I can see why you are so upset ((( hugs to you))) I hope you get the answers you need!

hi, how are you doing now. i think i have the same concern as you. from flap to pooch/bulge, was told i need to lose 20 or more pounds. but i feel like I've seen ladies bigger than me with excellent results within the first month. did you get the second opinion?

HI LADIES! I have been unable to locate a doctor willing to consult so early on, I found lawyers hungry for it though. I need to wait a few more months. My weight is still the same, so are my results. I will try to post a picture later.
