I need answers!!!

Today I am going for my 8 month check up and I'm going to discuss a revision. I have been very unhappy with my results since I woke up from surgery. ???????????? these photos are current. As you can see my results are very wide and still saggy. Terrible shape. No upper pole fullness and no projection AT ALL! My breasts remind me of two flap jacks ????????????????

With a lot of weight loss as well as weight gain...

With a lot of weight loss as well as weight gain having children and age. My breasts changed a lot over the years. I had put it off for as long as I can remember. Feb 26, 2016 was an exciting day I was ready emotionally and financially. I remember waking up not feeling real happy. Actually looking smaller and very square. Dr. McKenna reassured me that everything was normal. My recovery time was fantastic I believe it was because I wanted this so bad. My 1 week checkup came and the doctor still reassured me everything was healing well, at that time I explained to him how I was unhappy not having the upper pole fullness and well as not having a real bottom roundness, my side profile was not what I was expecting and projection well forget that too. He said that it takes time and that he would see me back in for a next 6 week check up. However my 6 weeks ran into 7 weeks, 8weeks, 9 weeks and so on because his office kept canceling even when I was pulling into his office they called to cancel. Until I called at 20 weeks I woke up with my right breast extremely larger then my left. I told the nurse that I would email her a picture. She immediately returned my call to fit me in that day. When I arrived they took me right in. When the doctor came into the room he said "well it's not as bad as it looked in the picture" there is no sign of an infection so we will keep and eye on it and in 3 weeks if it still hasn't gone back down we will do an ultrasound. 3 weeks later an ultrasound was completed and everything looked normal. I trust my doctor he was wonderful the first time I had my consultation and made you feel very relaxed and sure of his work.
