Unhappy with Nose after 2 years

Over time, I've become more and more unhappy with my nose. Many of the things that I attributed to swelling (asymmetry, crookedness, bulbous sides/tip) have turned out to be permanent. My nose looks very different from one side to the other, and it leans very much to the left from the front. The nostrils are also completely uneven and, on my left side, flare in a strange way. I think the best way to describe my nose is: it looks simultaneously "too done" and "not done enough." It's a really unfortunate combination and I feel terrible about my appearance. Overall, I regret the experience and would take my old nose back-- even the bad profile.
I have not spoken to Dr. Hobgood about my dissatisfaction but have heard from his other patients that he does not address mistakes and concerns.

I'd really like a revision, but... I saved up so much money for this first operation. Who has the money for a second?! Just as important, I feel really scared to get surgery again-- I really trusted Dr. Hobgood and it went wrong, so I'm afraid that a revision could just be a repeat of a bad experience.

In just over a week, I’ll be 5 months post rhinoplasty. My nose is a bit crooked from the front (it leans towards my right) which I sometimes feel self-conscious about. It was, however, crooked before, too— and I know I can’t expect perfection. Trying to feel more indifferent towards my appearance these days (especially as don’t have the money for more plastic surgery! ha). Ultimately, I’m very happy with my profile and the overall results. Dr. Hobgood was a great choice!

Dr. Hobgood was perceptive, compassionate, and professional. He made me feel calm about the surgery and listened to my concerns, my hopes for the desired outcome, and my questions. It's been 4 months since my surgery and I'm very pleased with my profile.
