Before I had kids I was 107lbs. I had two kids, 10lbs each and gained a lot of weight. Since then I have tried everything to get rid of all of this loose skin and left over pudge, I've lost weight and worked out and all I've gotten from it was more loose, saggy skin.
I'm trying Zerona just to see if there is any answer before a tummy tuck. The Dr said that honestly, I will never be 100% happy with my tummy without one but assured me that Zerona will at least help a little. Since they are offering an amazing deal, I figure it is worth a shot.
I signed up for 9 treatments, the first one today. I was nice and relaxing, she told me to relax and let the lasers do the work. I watched the little red lines for a while and then dozed off to sleep. The treatment was over in no time. Well, 40 minutes, but it went by quickly. I have my next appointment on Monday. We will see.

Didn't you have to use supplements and creams? That's what does it not the red swirling lights.

Day 2 they brought me in like an ol' pro. I did my 20 minutes on each side, just as last time. I watched the lasers do their thing for a while, maybe I'm crazy but it seemed as though the red lights were covering more surface area than last time. I have no idea and didn't ask.
The whole time I kept telling myself that this probably won't work. I guess I'm trying to keep my expectations low. I just find it odd that the office never took a "before" picture or measured me. They never even checked my ID to ensure that I was over 18. I guess I feel like if this was really going to do anything, they would have done those things. I suppose I will have to ride it out and see.

Ive done my reasearch on the machines, Average zerona in 6 sessions is 3.54" from fda study. Not bad, mind you its in a few messurments. 9 sessions from looking at reviews looks like 5-9inches lost. The main thing its doing turning the fat into liquid, then shinking the fat cells. Your body will process everything as waste. What the clinic that I went to told me which is fantastic advice. " some of the fat will go back into the cells UNLESS you do a workout within a couple hours of your treatment, then it will burn that extra fat as energy and give you twice as good of results!" Mind you I went with a newer machine then the Zerona, but the clinic I went to had the zerona and I heard people getting good results everytime i visisted the place. Also i'd reccomend doing crunches when your in for treatment. I think it helped me, doing them while i was under the laser, not anything to big like situps, but by contracting your ab muscles, maybe it helped buy squeezing out the fat lol.Anyway good luck! just make sure to not miss yur sessions and DONT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL!!!!!!!!! The only unhappy people i saw when i went where people that didnt make their sessions liek more than 72h in between the sesssions or people that had even one drink, just one drink ruins the results. You can drink after which Ive been doing tonight lol, but during the program the guy at the clinic said it creates a enzyme in the liver when you have a drink that prevents the body from flushing all that fat. also next time if the lasers dont look like they are covering the areas say somethign, make sure you get what you pay for!!!@!

Please don't have low expectation. I'm doing the Zerona sessions myself and I did sign up for the 12 sessions. I do feel a difference but I have one more week to go. I'm surprised that they did not measure you.

I also did zerona. Zerona is a waste of money. It does not work. I was the same as I was before after the zerona
Definitely keep us updated. Kids have a way of changing our bodies, don't they? I have eight children and all of them weighed at least 7-1/2 pounds at birth. Looking forward to your updates.
