I have always wanted a nose job because I did not like the shape of my nose, and I finally decided on Dr. Shapiro for the procedure. I went into my consultation thinking that I simply wanted to change the appearance of my nose, but he informed me that I also had a deviated septum and that he wanted to fix it while performing the rhinoplasty. Although I did not notice before, I breathe through my nose SO much better now than I ever have and I am only 5 months post-op. I am so happy with the results of my surgery in both the way it changed my appearance and how it has helped me to breathe.
The recovery was so easy as well. There was very little to no discomfort and Dr. Shapiro's office made sure to check in with me throughout the first week to make sure things were running as smoothly as possible. The office staff was so professional and very welcoming. They have made sure to keep me informed on every detail of my surgery from the consultation to 5 months post-op. I am very happy with the results of my rhinoplasty and septoplasty surgery and would highly recommend Dr. Shapiro to anybody considering the procedure.

Dr. Shapiro has been nothing short of wonderful throughout this entire process. He was very detailed when explaining anything having to do with my procedure and very straightforward and honest when I asked any questions. Along with that, his bedside manner is amazing. I personally had a hard time when he took my stitches out and he was very comforting and reassuring the entire time. Again, I cannot say enough how much I would recommend Dr. Shapiro to anybody considering cosmetic surgery.
