I am a mother of 4 girls. When I had my 1st child...

I am a mother of 4 girls. When I had my 1st child I was 18, so since then I've had a nice mommy pouch. The more kids I had the more weight I gained, although between pregnancy my weight held steady. In 2014 I had a horrible miscarriage and almost lost my life. I walked away from that knowing I couldn't risk that again and decided I needed to focus on myself to get me back to myself, so I started working out. Over the year I lost 50 lbs. My goal for reaching 50 was a boob job. When I started researching, a mommy makeover just seemed like the right choice for me. With my procedure I had breast augmentation and lift, full tummy tuck and lipo on my upper abdomen, flanks and inner and outer thighs. Once I had my consultation I was able to schedule my surgery pretty quickly. I had plenty of time to prepare and get my ducks in order. I felt well prepared for the day and all that I would experience from that day on. As everyone says, the 1st week of recovery is the hardest. The drains are the worst and a pain in the butt, but I wouldn't do it without them, as some doctors advertise. I hate my scars but those come with the package. They look really good (I am now a month out) If I may say so (for scars) My doctor did a pretty good job taking extra measures to help them stay as thin as possible. My skin hurts and I still have dull pain as my nerves reconnect, so I'm not complaining about that! But, after all that, and not being able to work out or pick up my kids for 6 weeks I am pretty happy with my results. I am excited to see what I will look like when all is said and done. I feel good! I feel confident. Actually, I feel a little self conscious about how good I look, I'm not used to people looking at me for my body.... Again, not complaining. I think the further I get from the day I had surgery the more I'm convinced this was the right choice for me and I am pleased with how things are turning out. (things are still shifting into place)

I really loved Dr. Brown and his staff. I went to many consultations. I had actually chose a PS and put a down payment on my surgery. The price Dr. Brown's office quoted me was more than what the other doctor did, but when I went home I couldn't stop thinking about how much I liked him. He was personable and relatable. He asked lots of questions about me and my wants. He took his time explaining everything. But, what I liked a lot was that he was really interested in getting my business/ He said to me as I left, "I know you have been to a lot of consultations, so let us know what we can do to help you choose us." I thought that was nice. When I called back to see if they could meet my price point, they got back to me and did what they could to bring it down a little more. His staff was very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and even contacted me to make sure I had everything ready. They gave me a book of every detail I needed to take care of and buy before and after my surgery. Although, there were some inconsistencies in what the book said I should do and what I was supposed to do in my specific case ( as the book was generalized for all types of surgery) All of their information really helped me prepare. Dr. Brown was nice and comforting before surgery. His reassurance in this process and his ability was nice also. I will and have recommend him to my friends.
