What I used to help with my bruising on my Right breast

I just wanted to share what helped with the bruising on my right breast. Penetrex cream had Armica in it which is the same ingredient in the pill I was taking for bruising. It really helped in getting rid of the last of my bruising.

I went to see my sister in Tucson where she decided to throw me a 3B party.... which I had no idea what it was but it turns out I had Boob, Butt and Belly. I have a feeling after showing a few very nice women my 3B's that I doubt I will be too shy in the future. lol... Since they really didn't know me that well I showed the before pics and one woman said OMG! and covered her mouth like she made a mistake. I laughed and told her I agree it was totally a oh my god moment in life for me. Gotta say that doing this with Dr. Repta's office was great. just before the anesthesiologist was going to put me out he mentioned to me a book on nutrition called the China Study. Downloaded the book with all the extra time on my hands and its really help me gear my health to match my body. Super great people all the way around. OH and I do recommend the book, it's a bit tech but gets what makes each bit and intake important. :)

Dr. Repta is an extremely knowledgeable professional. He carefully went over what he could do for my hanging stretched saggy stomach and hanging breast (my words NOT his :) lol. I was worried about having a belly button but he review EXACTLY the how and what and how long and drainage. With my breast we decided it best to do a reduction with a lift. I thought it would look like an anchor but he explained more like a J and I can not wait to peek at my nipples! I can tell they are just a touch smaller and my boobs are even perkier and I gotta say not much on pain with any of that. The man knows his stuff. I even look like I have some ABS ... I have worked forever to even hope gleam the hope of an ab ... yet BOOM, only 2 weeks I swear I see the makings! :) These people are friendly, kind, and true professionals. In normal doctor offices you can often feel like you need to hurry get to the point get the diagnosis and get out for the next person. Every time I met with any member of this staff and most especially Dr. Repta, I felt like I was his only patient for the time he was assisting me. When I tried going through my insurance the staff was so kind and we traded emails and really worked with me. I can't wait to update more. THANK YOU!
