Week 4 update plus picture
Hello Just wanted to give a quick week 4 update and I will be posting my before pictures next week as well from my doctor. Getting better everyday and back to work off meds but I am still swollen a lot on the bottom half and it seems to get worse by the end of day. Getting back to the swing of things feels good though and I am still feeling very lucky about my recovery and results overall. It seems the more you start walking around you def are in more discomfort and very tired at the end of day. Also I have seem some dr post that you can get back to light exercise on week 4 and I still cant imagine being able or wanting to go for a long walk yet. I ran 5 miles a couple of days a week prior to surgery and did orange theory so I did work out a lot and again I cant imagine a long walk right now so I am so excited and looking forward to working out again but I would say as of now I am not near ready..maybe 3 more weeks?

Dr. Sumer Daiza has been so amazing from the beginning. She makes you feel very safe and educates you on everything pros and cons. I felt much more comfortable that she was a women and her bedside manner was amazing. I didn't feel like another body she makes you feel like she truly cares about you and your family. She has a ton of rewards and obviously for good reason. I highly recommend her!
