Where has Dr. hobgood been all my life, finally smoothness under eyes has been achieved and a nice side effect bluish ting also disappeared. By the way I interviewed many doctors for this procedure some more expensive some less. But they did not take the time like Dr. Hobgood did to really explain the procedure so that I could make an informed decision. So glad I trusted my instincts and held out. His staff are kind and helpful as well and we all know that's a big deal when spending your hard earned $$$
