39 Mom of 2 with Stubborn Flank/love Handles

day 1 post coolsculpting. I'm sore but not in pain. After the session I was totally numb in the areas we treated. I'm excited to see how I look in a few weeks but understand it takes up to 3 months to see the full results before we decide on a second session. I've always had a short block waist and finally found something cost effective at spot reducing this area without going under the knife.

Day after. I can already see my waist coming in. I'm a bit sore bike I fell down or bumped into something hard but not in pain. I'm. It taking anything for the discomfort either. Totally manageable. I've had liposuction on my abs and thoughts and compared to the trauma of that and the pain in the rear of wearing compression garments this is way easier. He only difference being that with liposuction the dr. Injected epinephrine and the areas were numb but even still the recover was really tough with that. I only wish this was an option 10 years ago. Anyway. I'll post more progress photos in a week. From now until then I was advised to massage the areas daily for at least 2 minutes.

Skin and fat areas are jiggly. I'm still massaging nightly. Discomfort is almistcall gone. I was more sensitive by my ribs. I'm happy so far. I'm more excited to see I look 1-3 months from now with a more defined backside Contoured waist and defined top of butt to lower back.
