31 Yrs Old 3 Kids, my Back is Killing Me

Today I am just about 4 weeks post. I am feeling good. I was given the go ahead to not wear a bra at night and to start putting scar gel on, and massaging the scars. My breast don't hurt. Sometimes, if I try to put something up high I quickly have to stop because they don't appreciate being stretched. I was walking around in a t-shirt yesterday with no bra and they stay still, up and perky. I have never been able to do that. I have been back at work, working ot even. I feel like the healing is going fine. I do still have a scab at the t junction of my left breast. It's coming along. I know with time things will only continue to improve. I am so glad I did this and I hope anyone considering this will consider my doctors, Dr. Jennifer Geoghegan. She does work miracles. Oh by the way, I think I'm still a large c maybe d, but she said I'm still swollen. Hopefully not because I like the size.

Seems like that time just flew too fast. Everything is going very well.. I have no breast pain. I only have nerve pain in my entire right arm, from shoulder to finger tips. I'm reading this could be from nerves waking up. Hope it goes away soon. I'm still happy with my results. I feel like I'm a full c.... Everyone tells me I still have big boobs but of course I feel tiny. I love that I'll likely never have to wear a bra again. I found out the doctor removed just under 700 grams from each side. Wow. It feels like a lot when I just cooked 2 lbs of ground beef lol. I know the volume is different but still! Anywho, I'll post a pic of the bruising. It isn't cute, and I have some yellow serous draining coming from my left breast around the t junction. Next appt is 3 weeks post op and I'm sure she will remove/replace the tape. Xoxo

So yesterday sucked because I was projectile vomiting all day. Also my arms felt like they weighed 100 lbs each. All from the anaesthesia. I even felt like my tongue was puffy for a while. Needless to say I got no sleep. I have only been taking 1000mg Tylenol every 12 hrs. No narcs. My body doesn't handle narcs well.

Doctor G came in and marked me up and then as they wheeled me back the anesthesiologist gave me what he called happy juice and I passed out about 5 seconds later. Didn't even ever see the OR. I didn't get to see the doc after because she was in on her next case but my follow up is tomorrow so I will talk to her then. I'm pretty sure she lipod the sides of my boobs and the scar is not as wide as o was expecting. I'm super thrilled with the result. I am so curious about how many grams she took out. I honestly don't think I'll ever have to wear a bra again. These things are tight and perky. I love love love my surgeon. She is wonderful. If anyone lives on Arizona, you should go to her. She is an artist. She doesn't rush the process. I will update again tomorrow.
