I had a lift with Sientra implants four years ago by Dr. Brown. My after photos are attached. I had a lot of pain to the right breast after surgery. Dr. Brown was not concerned. The pain still comes and goes. The results are not what I hoped for and look nothing like the "wish pics" I showed him. I feel the lift was not tight enough. I originally asked for high profile implants, but Dr. Brown said he never used them. I did go back and express my unhappiness. Dr. Brown recommended I switch out the implants for larger ones (for a fee). I felt this would just make the sagging worse.

Sorry to read you could not work things out with your PS. I also had a BL/BA and needed revisions. Unfortunately the revision rate for this surgery is pretty high. The opposing forces of a breast lift combined with implants can cause complications; not to mention the breast tissue/skin may differ on one side. And of course the PS a surgical skills are also a factor. That aside I’m not sure high profile implants would’ve been the solution. One thing to be aware of is high profile implants are narrower then lower profile implants. Also the width of the implant also gets proportionally narrower as the cc size decreases. So if your implants are small (in the 200s) you wouldn’t really want to go high profile because the diameter then might end up being too narrow creating a large gap in between your breasts. So it’s not uncommon that if you want a high profile implants one typically needs to go with the larger implant to maintain the proper implant diameter for their BWD (i.e. breast width diameter). I do however agree in your assessment that a larger implant could simply make your breasts sag more. In any case I hope you are able to resolve your issues. Btw if you’re looking for a good PS for revisions I recommend my own PS. Feel free to check out my review (or send me a PM) for further details. Good luck and please keep us posted.

What happened to the one on the right? It looks mishapen.
