32 Yr Old, 5'9" 138lbs, Deflated Breasts After 3 Kids. Scottsdale, AZ

I'd never thought that I'd want to get a breast augmentation, but after my third child literally sucked the life out of me, I began to consider it. I have multiple friends at work who have fantastic looking breast implants. I always wanted something that looked natural but perky and with upper pole fullness that I've been lacking for years. I met with two surgeons and decided on Dr. shapiro as soon as I met him. He has exceptional bedside manner, and excellent results based on his books, as well as a great reputation in the community. When I originally met with Dr Shapiro, I was told I needed a lollipop lift and he would suggest between 450 and 550cc implants for the look that I was trying to achieve for my body type. That seemed quite large to me but I trusted his judgement. He said that he uses sizers in the OR to decide on a specific size, so he ordered 4 different sizes for me. I ended up with 492cc may tele style 15 silicone implants with a periareolar lift. I'm very happy with the fact that I didn't need the lollipop lift but I am concerned that the size is too large. I am POD 9 right now and a lot of the swelling has dissipated and I feel great. My scars look fantastic and he did a great job with the surgery. The implants are very high and I'm looking forward to them dropping.
