32 Year Old, 4 Kids, Breast Lift W/ Silicone Implants. - Scottsdale, AZ

Here I am 3 weeks post breast lift with 600/640cc silicone implants. My right side is slowly dropping. I am still very swollen and bruised. I am massaging them 2-3 times a day. My scars are looking great too! I'm super happy with how they are looking and healing.

Omgosh I'm SO embarrassed of these. Dr Meger is a miracle worker lol! I was always large chested I was a 34D prior to babies and when I was breastfeeding I was a 34G. I breastfed all four of my babies for a full first year. With my last baby my right side developed a clogged milk glad which caused it to stop producing milk. So my left side was larger and it remained larger after I stopped breastfeeding. After my 3rd and 4th babies I started working out consistently which caused my boobs to disappear. I went down to a B cup, which as you can see was basically just extra skin.

I had my breast lift with silicone implants done on March 21st. I wanted to wait a few weeks to do a review.
That being said, I can't say enough about Dr. Meger and his staff. He is truly an amazing doctor. I first met with Dr. Meger about 7 years ago, I was 25 years old with two children. After speaking with him we decided to hold off on getting implants until after I was done having kids. Fast forward to 2016, now 32, with four children. It was time. I knew I needed a breast lift and wanted silicone implants. Since it had been so long i decided to "shop around" to find the doctor right for me. I had consults with several different doctors getting prices ranging from $10-14k. For me price was never an issue, as I felt quality is what matters most. I was always extremely happy with Dr. Megers before/after photos so I came back to him for a consult. Guess what!? I was shocked to find out his price was way LESS than any other doctors I had met with! I knew he was the one.
Surgery day --- What size? What size?! We met for our pre-op consult and discussed exactly what I wanted. I showed him a few "inspiration" pictures and my final words to him was "I want big, full, but proportional to my body... I trust you to make the call". He said "ok we'll decide once we get in there". He and his staff chose perfectly! They are exactly how I'd imagined them being. They went with 600cc and 640cc silicone implants (one side was a little bigger from breast feeding). I'm still very swollen and everything is setting down still so I'm not sure what my final cup size will be. I purchased a soft stretchy bra that is 34DDD so I'm assuming I'll be around a DD when swelling goes down. I absolutely love my new boobies!!!

My stats are:
Height - 5'1"
Weight- before surgery 105lbs, after 114lbs (I know I'm retaining some water post surgery). I think my implants weight close to 6 lbs.
