Thanks!!! I had dr. Parson of Scottsdale Az do mine! Thankful he was my doc!!! Do t let someone talk you into anything you don't want. I took the pics from Internet of bikini models to show what cleavage I wanted. I have a similar frame as you... I hope yours goes amazing as well! I don't have pics posted, will try to put some up tomorrow. I didn't want to initially, because my full Anne was username:(... Changed it! Ill put pics for you . Like you, I'm a fit petite frame. I also told my surgeon concerns for keloid scars. He took extra premature s, I swear my scars are amazing!! Under the breast. Not visible when you look straight on!!! He also redid a scar on my left breast ( made nicer!) a scar from tumor I'm 09. Don't mess with your nipples! Go auxiliary or under breast. You don't want to lose sensation!!! Xo

Thanks. Xox. I wouldn't want to lose sensation either :-/ and nipple incisions. . Ouch!! My little one was a 'biter' toward the end of breast feeding. . It was so bad she nearly took them off - and I am being serious . . After that the thought of messing with my nipples sends shivers down my spine :-(

They look SO GOOD!! I really hope mine come out as good as your results - because, WOW! I'm having mine done through Advanced Plastic Surgery, Brisbane (Australia) with Dr Chin. He has some really great reviews - and they all say the aftercare is amazing, he holds a phd in plastic surgery (and was a deans list graduate); he was very professional in his approach with me at my initial consult. . And then I met Keren . . Keren is his nurse, and she is such a wonderful person- I felt so safe and cared for by her, and I was just trying on sizers! I had to hug her before I left - I suffer a bit of anxiety, so to feel so comfortable and confident with them really proved their level of care. . Sorry, got chatting there - My date is the 30th of September, excited!

When I tried my sizes on... Bring in a tight tee shirt to see what you'll look like in that! Also, go to bikini model pics on google or search pretty baiting suit pics to SHOW him. I'm so glad you felt that connection with Karen & Dr Chin. Too bad your not in Scottsdale ,Az:(. I didn't relate to before after pics because of how I looked before was different. That's why I searched out bikini models and how I wanted to look in a suit. I'm so excited for you!!! Byways, get in the best shape you can these next two months! You won't be working out for a month after surgery...except walks or stationary bike. Then you will feel even better during recovery!!! Take care. Keep in touch! Ill post my 6 week pic today...

I showed him my wish pic, but he thinks they are too big for my frame - Keren mentioned if I really wanted to go for that kind of volume they'd do it if I was really going to push - but after I spoke with dh again he said suggested sticking with the PS on size because it will ensure less complications - and I don't want to be massive up top. . You have that nice extra height, so those extra cc's (to mine) even out well. . And then there's the next BA (in ten years time) - rather than I lift I'm hoping to go a bit bigger then. .Maybe, if things work out to plan. .Thanks for the tips with working out - do you think I should minimize chest/pecs days? Can't wait to see your 6 weeks pics :-) how are you feeling coming up to it? Def. Keep in touch - thanks. Xox

Sc44, yes the right Doc is everything !! I have some relief after finally choosing mine, next step tho is loosing weight b4 surgery cuz if I loose it after then it'll effect my new boobies, Anyone got tips in loosing wight for a person with a super busy schedule ?? I would appreciate any help !

I looked at tons of pics online. The best ones I found, for me, we're going to google . Enter bikini models. Then click images... Scroll around and the ones you like click a pic to your iPad or phone. I showed him 5 or 6 pics of ones I liked that were not push up suits. Also, what I didn't want. ( you'll see what I mean!) your PS has seen a lot , like mine... But a picture says a thousand words. Also, he said all of the ones I showed him had a similar theme, size, look. We were 100% on the same page. Funny, I thought I wanted full c until I saw the bikini pics. Since I'm 44, hips get a little more curve! Peek online- save those pics in a row to view with him! No need to print out;)

I didn't explain in real self my situation. I had 24 year old implants. Silicone, infringing of the muscle... A perky B+!!!
After a bad fall running down mountain- ruptured left one. Then, mammogram squeezed all of contents out! I was a mess. Thank god I found Dr. Parson!!! He redid it all!!! Took out remaining implant, cleans up my left. Sealed up front pocket and created new pocket behind the muscle.
Old implants were so far apart, you could hi five me between them... So, went with wider implants to create cleavage:) I really didn't have much breast tissue to start with ( that's why I had them done in the first place! All ribs and a nipple... No padded baiting suits back then!) so, ended up trying on sizing bra, showed my PS pics I liked w my body type, and went bigger. I thought a full c would be nice- but with my hight, I could carry a d. Worried I would look like hoochiemomma "[RS bleep] on a stick"... Opposite!!! They are PERFECT for my frame. So happy!!! 6 weeks recovered. Scarring looks incredible... On my way!!! Pics to be posted soon.....:)

Getting back to working out again... Slowly. Trying to establish my routine again. The swelling has definitely subsided... Look beautiful. So happy with my decision to go bigger when going under the muscle! Getting better everyday... Really happy!!!heres a pic of me 6 weeks out...

I am!!' How tall are you? Because of my height, I can carry it without looking too big. I had nothing to start with as of my real tissue. So my implant size was 492 cc. Under muscle. I do t think they will go down in size much more... Hope not. Swelling is down for sure ! Also, I had front pockets sealed so they had double healing. Look into wider implant. That's what I did . It gives you more volume without going too big. I had same distance as you between mine to start .... Ttyl xox
