Very Unsatisfied with the Ending Reults

I went to Dr Shapiro for a breast argumentation...

I went to Dr Shapiro for a breast argumentation about 6 months ago and recently my left boob went completely flat out of concern I called the office immediately to make sure there was no huge risk with in this incident occurring and to see what can be done to fix this. Dr Shapiro was completely rude and arrogant about the situation and cared nothing to help me, he refused to look at the pics I had taken or my boob to see what resolution we could come up with, he repeated to me over and over that I might need to go and see another doctor and that he did not care to fix it and what did I want my "boobs to be perfect". After frustration he rudely got up and walked out of the room. Dr Shapiro was extremely unprofessional in the way he addressed my concern and I would never go to him again for additional services or recommend him to family or friends

I absolutely believe you had this experience with Shapiro. My experience with him was the same. I blame myself for believing the reviews for him on this website were actually real. The majority of them are clearly fabricated to generate business. My rhinoplasty done by Shapiro 9/15 has left me unable to breathe through my right nostril as well as a perforated septum ( CT scan showed 1.8mm hole). I require secondary rhino to repair what he's done. Dr Shapiro talked over me when I'd try to answer questions. He became aggressive at my post surgery follow up appts when I would share my in happiness with not yet being able to breathe. At 6 months I simply stopped going- his behavior was intolerable. I'm praying my new doctor making the corrections will leave me breathing again. I've done my research from real people who had actual experiences. This Dr is certainly calm and professional which is refreshing after dealing with Shapiro.

Hello and thank you so much for sharing your experience and responding to my review I am very sorry to hear about your experience as I know how you feel. Its very up setting to go to a doctor,pay lots of money and be unsatisfied with the ending results . Than to have a doctor so heartless that he could care less to fix it is also very disappointing. I to was mis lead by the wonderful fabricated reviews that he asks his patients to write . unfortunately this was a life learning experience and I thank you so much for sharing hopefully it helps others out there with looking for cosmetic work good luck with you and your next doctor and best regards I as well will be looking for another doctor

Yes, that's how he is, once he gets your money he does not care about how it looks. He ruined my life, by performing a procedure that no one else would do and lied to me about what is was by calling it by a name he made up. I thought I was getting new type of lifting procedure called his "Genex lift" but its nothing more then a lower face lift. I did not have enough skin to do the procedure and it came out looking horrible and left me with sagging skin as he tried to overfill my face with fat which completely disappeared in 8 months. I look older then before and my skin is scarred and sagging. He actually was tired of dealing with me and had his minions up front cancel my last appointment.

I wouldn't go minimizing other people's experiences with the doc because you had a good; be thankful that you weren't one of the unlucky patients. if every case were a bad case he probably would't have his practice. two sides of the story? when it comes to a bad procedure, the only one that counts is the patient's. Your experience was good- great, but one bad experience is more than enough.

I don't know what happened and why it posted here...This was a reply to Italian1. I totally believe and feel for you. He was on my list got a fl, so glad I went with Dr Miller.
Dr. Shapiro would do such a thing.
There is always another side to a story. He has never even come close to treating me that way, and always did his best to make sure I was pleased, and he did whatever was needed to achieve that.
He is a very nice person, and has a big heart. This is very strange and does not even sound like the same person at all.
