I have felt that I was always small chested growing up. Even growing up as a small child I would tell my mom that one day I wanted big boobs. Well for me that day did not come after puberty, so I waited. I waited while I was in college, I gained weight which really only increased my band size to 34 instead of 32. I had had expected to go into the office and tell them what size I wanted to be in cups. However the office approach is way more comfortable. They have you try sizes on with a shirt and decided based off of looks. This is way more realistic then picking a bra size. Believe me I would have not been happy with the band and bra I was choosing.After our consultation we set up the pre-op surgery, and payment. All went smoothly and the office was kind and supportive in giving me recovery tips. The medication was given to me before hand so I was not scrambling the day before or right after. My expectations were also put into place, I knew I would not come out of surgery huge or small but the first look after surgery is surprising and scary, and feel slightly large.While at the surgery center I was anxious to get the surgery going and Dr. Guerra was professional and made me feel even more excited. He approached everything with grace and compassion. I was taken into the surgery room and from there they had me scoot on to the table and count backwards.I woke with a tight feeling in my chest and was comfortable. I went home and slept for the next 3 days in an upright position. I had the surgery on Thursday and had a great 3 days to recover and then went back to my day job. I sit at a desk with minimal movement all day. So returning to work was not too bad. I did have my fiance drive me the beginning of the week while I was taking strong medications.My follow up appointments I was given massages and found the massages to be fairly easy just a lot of time twice a day to massage. The sports bras were comfortable and the recovery has been going great.I was just given the approval after 3 and a half months to continue exercise. Everyone in the office was professional and very accommodating. I have a strict work schedule that does not let me get off and they helped me work around appointments.

I have been given the most amazing opportunity to have a dream procedure done. Looking for a Doctor began to be harder then expected. I had many evaluations and consultations by other doctors and either felt uncomfortable or as if my current body was so small it was a joke.
After moving to scottsdale arizona I came across Dr. Guerra and his spectacular team. They fit me in to have a consultation done even when most spots were already filled. I felt comfortable and they were extremely professional. After a couple meetings I decided this would be the suergon who could help me achieve my goal results.
WOW was I right!!
I am 4 months post operative and my results are beautiful. The size fits my body and the feeling is flawless. I would and will be highly recommending Dr. Guerra and his office to all friends and family.
