Mom of 2 (Breastfed), 25yo, 5'11 & 170 Lbs - Scottsdale, AZ

I have been wanting this done since I was in highschool. My youngest is 18 months and after he was done breastfeeding I decided why not now! I'm also getting married in October to my children's father, so wanted enough time for them to D&F pre dress alterations! I was a 36A pre BA and got 425cc's in both breasts. I loved my BFing boobs but after I was done they were smaller than what I started with! I was going for a full, but natural look, so I am anxious to see the actual size. Surgery went well, I remember going into the OR, moving to the table and the anesthesiologist placing my mask on. The next think I knew I woke up and had boobs! I was real nauseous at first, but ate and took a little nap when I got home. Still have cotton mouth I can't seem to shake, no matter the amount of water I drink. My boobs look great, a little frankenboobish, but good! The dr. sent me home without a bra and said in a couple days to go shopping for a front close sports bra. Chest is definitely sore, feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest, and stretched the max! I am trying not to take any of the pain killers that were prescribed and just stick with ibuprofen. I had 2 c-sections so I have a higher pain tollerence. I am so excited to see what the next few days has in store for me though!
