31 Year Old with 2 Kids, Sientra Implants Breast Augmentation - Scottsdale, AZ

I was 31 years old when I got my breast augmentation with Sientra implants. I was done having children, and nursed both of my daughters. I barely had an A cup to begin with before kids, and the stress of nursing and growth and deflation from nursing put even more of a toll on my breasts. I wasn't even an A cup anymore. I always knew that I wanted to get implants even before I had children, but wanted to wait until I knew I was done. When I finally knew we were done having kids, I went for a consultation with Dr. Spies. My neighbor had her left and augmentation done by him and I already knew he did fantastic work and was highly recommended. I booked my appointment that day. The next task was deciding on what type of implants. I knew I wanted silicone, and I wanted the round look as opposed to the tear drop. I had to then decide on the textured or smooth implant. I went with the texture because after research and talking to Dr. Spies, the implant stays in place better and has less chance of capsular contraction. I really liked the feel of it better and thought it was the best choice for me. My neighbor also had the textured Sientra implants as well and recommended them. My surgery went extremely well, and the recovery wasn't as long as I thought it would be. With two kids, I was concerned I would not be very hands on for a while, but I was within a week. My mom came to stay with us to help out, the first two days are the worst as far as pain and trying to sit up by yourself, its best just to have help with that. Dr. Spies and his staff had me come in for checkups regularly and answered every question I had and really kept me at ease. It's been 8 months since my surgery and I don't regret it one bit, I love my new boobs! At first I thought I wanted a certain cup size, but Dr. Spies had me bring in pictures of what I liked and I had been picking bigger than I thought. I am so grateful I trusted Dr. Spies and went with the size I picked in the pictures. He made them look exactly like the pictures I chose and I love them! I would, and have recommended Dr. Spies to everyone I know, he truly is amazing at what he does! Thank you!
