The scars on my breasts have lightened but they are still quite noticeable. I am over all happy with the shape and look of my breasts. I am just unhappy with the scar tissue but that has to do with genetics. I tend to scar very dark. My tummy is still very flat and smooth but one issue I do have is with the puffiness the pubic area has. Not happy with it at all and I am very self conscious about it. I look good in clothes and everything but I might just try to tattoo over the area.

I've never had a flat tummy, even before having kids and being somewhat fit. So after having my two children and gaining and losing over 60 pounds, I decided to get a Mommy makeover. I always liked bigger breasts as well. Before children I was an A cup, with children I was a B cup. After the surgery I went to a DD. Totally worth it and it's what I wanted. Confidence has went up and I feel pretty good about myself. Got that flat tummy too! You have to remember the scars will be there but fade over time. So lots of creams and do whatever you can to take care of your skin :)

The Mommy Makeover that Dr.Guerra performed was good overall. The implants I chose and the breast lift I am happy with. The only think I am unhappy with is the incisions that he made. He did two different incisions for my breast, an "Anchor" and a "vertical" incision. Again, not too happy with that because the scar tissue and what not. Also for the Tummy Tuck, I am pretty pleased with, The only thing that needs to be done are the ends of the incision which are called "dog ears." Overall I think that he is a good doctor and produces great results. Great bedside manner, will answer any questions you have. Staff was great too, Renee, his patient coordinator, is super friendly and knowledgeable.
