I have been looking into ba for about 8 years now and have finally done it! Ive went for 425cc (L) 450cc (R) silicone round unders. Ny pre op size was 32a/b and im currently wearing a ps macom bra so unsure of size yet. Im now 1 week post op and can finally move my arms and shower myself! Weeheyy! Surgery went really well. I had mine done under local and sedation by Mr vivek sivarajan. I was out withing 3 hours of surgery and back in my own bed. The 1st 3 days were the sorest but keeping ontop of pain meds really helped. I have before and after photos of them so far, cant wait for them to drop and fluff!!
