I have been wanting this done for as long as I can remember. I just turned 40 and have had 5 children. I'm 5'3 and my current weight is 123lbs. I have recently lost around 22lbs working out (Beachbody) and eating healthier. For the most part, I am pretty healthy and fit..everywhere but my tummy (2 c-sections + belly button hernia) and my boobs. I went for my consultation with Dr Galante in Schereville, IN about 2 1/2 weeks ago. A friend of mine, who referred me, had her boobs done last year and raved how awesome Dr Galante was..she couldn't of been more spot on! He was kind and understanding and explained things clearly. I was going to get lipo too of my muffin top on my sides, but he said I didn't need it..he described what would be done and gave me an idea of what the results would be. He really knew just what I wanted. I did not know why my tummy bulged and he pointed out my hernia and referred me to another awesome surgeon who would remove my hernia Dr Galouzis - in Merrillville, IN. We were able to get both schedule for June 9. My pre-op appt is June 1. My goal is to fit better in my jeans (no hang over) and go from a small 32 B to a full 32 DD. Dr Galante said he will corset my muscles where they should be, pull my tummy skin in and down to tighten my waist and give me a flat tummy and my implants will be silicone inserted under my breast and behind my muscle. I'm super excited to go for my first dress fitting on June 18th. Hope I am doing ok, healing-wise for my wedding day..and night ???? As soon as I get them, I will post before and after pics!!

We are similar is height and weight. My boobies are smaller than yours tho! I have my mm next Wednesday! I'm excited to see your results! Good luck and hope you recover quickly :)

Ugh..I really am 40
So Dr Galante's office called me yesterday...and says I have to get a mammogram before the surgery because I'm 40. I literally just turned 40 5 days ago.. Hope all is ok :)

Still haven't gotten my mammogram scheduled, am hoping to hear from the office this week. I received a planning packet so I am prepared for everything. That's pretty great that they provide all this information. I bought some vitamins 2x/day (multi (new chapter, one day women's multi and collagen renew by derm exclusive), c- 500 mg GNC chewables), collagen/hyaluronic acid/c- 2000 mg (beauty bursts chewables)) to help with preparing my body physically and internally and will continue taking these until and after the surgery. Picked up some Tylenol since it says not to take Advil or alieve...in case I have a headache or cramps.. Hoping to have everything else planned/prepared in the upcoming weeks until my surgery so I will be all set. Would love to hear from other ladies who have had the same procedure as me.. I will keep everyone posted on this beauty journey :)

Dr Galante is doing my breast augmentation on Monday may 18th. I was pregnant with twins and had c-section I wish I could do complete mommy makeover.

Isn't he just wonderful and his staff too!! I was able to get 5% off for have more than one procedure and another 5% off for paying in cash. There's financing too tho..one day you'll be able to get the mommy makeover

I really wanted my flanks lipo'd..but he said I don't need it, that the TT would resolve that..I sure hope so.

Hi ladies! I have been reviewing many of your before and after pics and want to thank those who actually keep posting new pics of their post op healing. I am soo excited to have my surgery in a month and have things put back to where they once were before having 5 kids :) Plus I've lost over 20 pounds and the scale says 122 but the mirror sure doesn't....oh but soon it will ;) I have taken some effort pics..can't wait to take my after ones and compare!!

I had a tummy tuck 10 months ago. You will be so happy. It has changed my life. I have lost alot of weight since then. So my boobs have gone down and more saggy. I will have a lift and implants behind the muscle also June 29th. Good luck with everything. The tt makes such a diffrence. Keep us posted!

Not to be personal, but how long after were you able to have sex? My wedding is Aug 1..that will be almost 2 months (minus a couple days)

I was able to have sex about four weeks after. You should be fine. Nothing personal on here lol

So Im shopping with my daughter (16 w cute figure..like I had at that age) and we are at Victoria Secret. Well we decide to try on bras and share a dressing room because they were all full. I go to try on a bra and she looks over and says "your boobs look weird". I giggle to laugh it off (they make me feel self conscious enough without her comment) and I know she didn't mean to hurt me. I try the bra I had on and it looked like a pre-teen body
Thanks for sharing your story. I suggest checking in your surgery date on this calendar so you can get support from other members getting MMs around the same time. When is your wedding?
Congratulations! You should stock up on some swimsuit catalogs for your recovery time! :-)
