Back in January I posted a comment that I wasn't a fan of my doctor anymore. This isn't true, I must have been feeling defeated with the results I had. As time passed, and things healed, he was able to reassess the situation. I had my legs and thighs redone on October 16th. Only a few days have passed, but things are looking promising. I also had my breasts redone. The implants that I had were 550cc's. My skin wasn't strong enough to hold the weight of them. I started seeing a double bubble/bottoming out. He was going to keep my implants and use seri mesh as an internal bra. In surgery, he decided to go with a smaller implant along with the mesh. I think it was a good decision. That way i can hopefully avoid having another surgery to fix the same problem in the future. Dr. Galante has been very patient with me. Throughout all of this, he seemed genuinely concerned with trying to correct everything.

No longer a fan of Dr. Galante. He did a revision liposuction surgery on my legs and they are completely messed up. Even worse than the first surgery. It is very embarrassing.

So sorry to hear of your poor revision surgery on your legs - do you have any pictures? I am going to have a revision of my stomach lipo soon, but very nervous about it, too!!! How long has it been since the revision? Maybe with a little time this will change - have faith.

Wow, ok. So you don't need anything for your thighs anymore? I still have two more weeks to wear my full body garment plus the spanx on top of that. Ugh.

I had a check up today... he said I might need a revision on my thighs. I see him in two months, then we will decide if I need a revision. I didn't need much off of them. I only had the outer done, but both sides have a concave look to them. I will have to take pictures.

He also said I don't need to wear any compression garments anymore. I told him that I will continue to wear them often.

Do you have to pay for that or will he have to eat the loss since he didn't take enough off or the concave occurred?

I think you look fantastic!!! I am 3 weeks out from smartlipo of mainly lower abs (54 year old menopot)!!! My Dr. suggested velashape which hurts like hell - I was only 12 days out for my first treatment - ouch, ouch, ouch. It felt like a very strong vacuum cleaner that delivers heat and massage at the same time - the technician described it as an iron. I have developed a 5-6" indention above my belly button which really concerns me, but my doctor reassured me and told me that this is a build-up of lymphatic fluid. My 2nd velashape treatment is Tueday with the month follow-up with the Dr. Thursday. I just hope all this money and aggravation is worth it - going to Italy in 22 days - I just wan to look good. One week out, I did my powerwalk - 3 miles in 50 minutes and slept 8 1/2 hours the next day - overdid it just a bit. I have lost 7 pounds, but am still extremely swollen and have that crease to worry about. Good luck and continued healing.

You look great and you have youth on your side!!! I am 54 and trying to be patient with my results. I've had 3 velashape appointments before week 5 and have decided to delay the 4th until my 6th week because I think it delays the healing process. It's very intense with the suction, massaging and heat - the tech says she has to iron me out and it's very painful (1st treatment after 12 days - ouch)!!! Keep us updated mother of 2.
