Scheduled for Vaser Liposuction

I Finally get to see my new body.

Today I finally took off the corset for my first shower and as you can see my body has been completely transformed! The Dr said that he cannot perform miracles but a miracle he has performed. I am still at the bruising and swelling stage and I expect my body to improve further and more so when I am ready to train.
This has all gone better than I could have hoped.
I am nearly 3 days post op and the body pain is getting better and I am starting to feel stronger. You need at least 5 days to recover in my humble opinion.
I will keep posting pics of my progress and I hope this can give you guys some confidence. Dr Kerem & his team are highly professional and brilliant in what they do.
I took a leap of faith and it has been very well rewarded.

Looking good! How is the scar? Is Vaser lipo different than normal lipo?
Thank you.

I have not had any form of Lipo treatment prior to this surgery but from my understanding the traditional Lipo takes more time to recover and is a tool to only remove fat. Vaser Lipo has less down time is less invasive and also if used by a skilled surgeon the machine can shape the body.

I still have bandages around my incisions but I expect them to be minimally visible within a few months.
Omg you look AMAZING! Congrats!
Thank you very much.
You look amazing!

2 days post surgery

Almost 2 days in and I am starting to feel stronger. Getting out of bed is a little easier but still takes a lot of improvising and discomfort to get out of bed. I challenged myself today to do some extended walking and so I decided to do some t shirt shopping as I needed clothes. I managed to stay out and shop for over an hour but was feeling quite tired when I made it back. Walking is so much better for body relief and circulation, it helps to prevent any clots.

My new clothes fit really nice and I have not looked like this in years but the corset keeps things very tight and I am sure I will begin to swell at some stage and the body look so far is most likely deceiving. Within 1 month or so and when I hit the gym I will know for sure how things are really looking.

As mentioned before you really have to try and make the best of a very tough situation when recovering. I am yet to shower and I have felt dirty and unclean but with the pain becoming better I decided to buy some clothes so I can at least feel better about myself whilst recovering. There is 2 ways to look at this:

1: You let the struggle consume you and you just dwell on the pain and make no attempt to clear your mind and sou.

2: You make a conscious effort to make the best out of the situation by trying to be as normal as possible.

I am still unaware of what my real results are until I get a preview tomorrow when I take my shower but for now I feel as though a lot of fat has been melted and my body looks as though it has some definition. Still a very long way to go but I feel positive.

Tomorrow I will post pics without the corset before taking my shower.

Post Recovery

It has now been roughly 32 hours after my surgery and I find the pain and discomfort bearable. I have not really eaten much and. find it easier to drink liquids. Being in a corset that I am still getting accustomed to I don't want to feel the need to go to the toilet, at least not until I take it off within the next 24 hours and have my first shower.

I have to say that walking helps the pain become more bearable and it helps to circulate the pain. laying down had been difficult and there was a few occasion where I had to call the hotel staff to help me out of bed. It is now 3 am Turkish time and after taking my first round tablets (anti botics and pain killers) I managed to sleep for around 3 hours and upon waking up before writing this post, I managed to wriggle and struggle out of bed and there are clear signs of improvement. The pain and swelling will take time but its becoming more and more bearable. I am still unable to move around in my sleep and sleeping on my back laying straight is the only way right now but its all manageable.

Please do not let the pain and discomfort put you off because in the right hands the treatment is very well worth it and I am very happy with my choice of surgeon. The team have been simply superb and the hospital taking care of me were absolutely amazing. I was in a brilliant place with supremes comfort. I have really enjoyed my experience so far minus the aftermath of recovery but I am getting stronger.

Once I take the corset off tomorrow for my first shower, I will post pics. Please be reminded that there will be swelling and bruising but we should get a good idea as to the changes made to my new body.
