i saw reviews on this treatment, and decided to do 12 sessions. The clinic is so pretty. The staff is also super informative and friendly. I followed what they had suggested for this entire 12 sessions over the course of a month. TOTALLY WORTH IT. Im not over weight, but had major stubborn areas that just really bugged me. I was horrible with drinking water, but seriously made it my best friend for this month.

What great results!  You definitely look more defined and toned.  How was the recovery time for you?  I'm not the best at drinking water either :)  Please keep us updated.

There's not much a "recovery" i would say. I did some studying on how this treatment works, and how water could benefit the "flushing stage" and i definitely was discouraged in the beginning two weeks because i didn't notice a difference. BUT let me tell you, as soon as my body got in the flow of things. my yoga pants seemed to fit better...my fiance noticed that my love handles were much much smaller. Slowly, (with no change in my workouts) my top abs peeked through and ALL of my clothes fit better. The pooch that i usually have when i sit, is SOOO much smaller!. (which i love, no more sucking in) lol

Still Feeling great. Im suprised only a few positive reviews here. I think the initial bloating could be a misconception of the treatment not working. Im just happy with how the zerona shaped my midsection.
