There is absolutely ZERO change to my boxcar scar

Beware. I contacted Dr Emer to treat a relatively small boxcar scar that I had developed between my eyes. He suggested I purchase one vial off Bellafill for $1200 and subcision for $250. They told me that I would MAYBE need a second treatment max and told me that there is no way I would use a whole vial of any filler to treat ONE small boxcar scar. They even suggested that I could use the rest of the vial somewhere else. During the treatment they told me that they drew .3 cc to start because they didn’t want to mistakingly over fill since Bellagio is not dissolvable. Well... fast forward to when I called to make the appointment for the second treatment my care coordinator would not return my call so after calling the front desk I made an appointment. When I got there they told me that all of the vial was used on the first treatment. So let me get this straight you drew .3cc but used a full vial of filler ( yeh .8cc I know) to not even any visibly correct a very very small boxcar scar? There is absolutely ZERO change to the boxcar scar on my face. They then tried to say they used it in other areas of my face but I was told that they only drew .3cc during the treatment. Lies.
When I spoke to another skin care specialist they told me that this is not the first account of this kind that they had heard about Dr. Emer. Beware.
He and his staff are friendly but not honest. They never even called me once to follow up.
