Treated the Scar, Gave Me Something New to Be Self-conscious About

I had an acne scar treated with subcision and fat grafting. The office was kind and accommodating, but I felt very rushed and overtly profit-driven. I experienced swelling for a very long time after the procedure that made me very self-conscious, as well as the development of acne at the site treated. Common effects, but I wasn't hoping for them, and they lasted longer than I thought. I also have a scar from the fat removal site on my leg. A year later, the scar is still gone for the most part, but I have sort of a lump or excess fat in the area treated that looks a bit unnatural/odd. I will likely have to go back and treat it again, I'm not sure if the lumpiness will go away.
