Outstanding Experience with Dr Patel — Beyond Expectations

I recently had a keloid removal procedure with Dr Nakul Patel, and I honestly could not recommend him more.

He was incredibly compassionate and took the time to have normal, everyday conversations (even about family life and our then 1-month-old son), which instantly put me at ease. He explained all the treatment options thoroughly and recommended the one best suited to my needs.

Throughout the process I felt truly heard and supported. Dr Patel was clear, patient, and highly professional. During the procedure he took before, during, and after photos (including a short video of the scar tissue) and provided detailed aftercare advice.

I was amazed at how good the result looked straight away, even with stitches. Since then, I’ve had follow-up appointments and my scar is now better than I ever imagined — barely noticeable, completely flat, and just a clean line!

The whole experience has been phenomenal, and I’m so grateful to Dr Patel for everything. A special thank you as well to his PA, Kristina, who has been absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout.
