Really unhappy with the way this scar removal turned out

Really unhappy with the way this scar removal turned out, I had a lip lift in 2020 that left me with scarring. In august 2022 I went in for scar removal. He pulled down my nostril and stitched it to the side of my cheek. Looking back I shouldn't have went along with it. Seems like terrible idea idk why I didn't speak up. It pulled apart my philtrum and cupids bow and changed my smile completely. I can't smile without feeling pulling. I now have a lot more "nose" on one side bc the other side of the nose was cut in real deep by the other surgeon during my lip lift. Botched twice is a terrible feeling. What do y'all think of this approach to remove scarring?
