Hideous & wide scar had to be redone by another doctor

I hate to give a bad review, but people need to know when less than stellar work is done by someone with such amazing reviews. I had a burn scar removed by Dr Layke that involved dozens of stitches which started separating and bleeding as soon as I walked to the elevator. I turned around and went back and it was clear to me his sutures needed tightening. But the doctor assured me it would heal fine. Months later it was a hideous and wide scar. And it was so bad we tried multiple lasers (which he charged for!) that did nothing to fix it. I am convinced Dr layke should have redone the sutures immediately after seeing they had spread and simply got lazy or made a poorly calculated gamble. Finally I had to pay 3000 for another plastic surgeon to redo the entire procedure. The care this new doctor has shown to make sure the stitches are perfectly tight far exceeds Dr layke’s work. I hope the doctor reads this and takes it to heart and learns his lesson.
