Scars After Closing the Spider Vessels on the Nose

In November I had a laser to remove teleangiectasia on the nose. After the surgery, I was left with scars. I do not know what to do. The doctor wants to remove them with a CO2 laser. I'm afraid of the laser. Has anyone had the same problem? What should I do? Help.
