I had a scar revision operation done by Dr. Wendel end of November in 2018.

This scar happened as a result of a previous ice-pick acne scar revision gone-bad in 2012. I was living in Seattle. I put all my trust into my Seattle plastic surgeon, not knowing I could end up with a permanent scar and a very painful dermabrasion as well.

In 2018, I decided to do a little research online for the credible plastic surgeons here in Nashville. I visited couple of them as well. As I had my consultation with Dr. Wendel, it was obvious he was different than the others. He was straight forward and knowledgeable. He told me what could improve realistically. He suggested having ProFractional laser sessions to follow up to feather the scar area.

I chose not only the scar revision area, but also my cheeks to have ProFractional laser to help with rest of the acne scars. I had three laser sessions since the beginning of the year, nearly 6-8 weeks apart.

I am still healing and I couldn't be happier. A small scar on my left cheek that people could hardly pay attention had a big emotional scar on me. Now I look in the mirror and I feel pretty, I feel comfortable in my skin.

All my friends realize the change with my skin as a result of the ProFractional laser treatment and cannot stop complimenting me.
