Old Linear White Scar on Forehead

I've had this linear white streak scar on my forehead since I was around 9 years old. I've tried dermarolling using a 1.5mm dermaroller, using Mederma max strength scar cream, and even had a PRP facial with little to no improvement in the scar. I'm looking for any other treatment options to reduce the appearance or excision/revision of the scar.

Hi, I've seen flat hypo pigmented scars tattooed with good effect. These have been facelift scars.
