I paid so much for something that only got the scar worse looking

I had the procedure on July 30th. I reached dr chesnut after looking through in Instagram and I loved the before and after and his holistic approach.
My main concern was a scar revision on my nose from an injury happened last year, the scar was indented on the nose bridge and it made me feel very self conscious and unconfident. During the consultation we spoke about the procedure injecting stem cells derived from fat stem that is taken from the stomach, co2 laser and subcision. I was very skeptical but dr chesnut said that i will see an improvement. This cost me 7200$ , which is huge amount of money but I was willing to do anything to fix it. Later on I decided to add fat transfer to the face (temples and under eye), I thought that it will be a good decision because anyway I will have a fat garvest from the stomach. That was 5400$ in total I paid 12600$
After the procedure the scar looked great and I was very happy (you can see my previous review) I contacted dr chesnut through Instagram telling him how happy I am, and I thought it will only get better. but the opposite has happened, two weeks after the swelling started to disappear and a month after the scar was deep and indented like it was before, and even more noticeable because the subcision starched it out and made it bigger.
As for the fat graft on the face, it was a little swollen in the begging, and today there is a minimal improvement , I do need to get filler in the areas that was treated, I’m well aware that filler does not act as fat , but even though I think the outcome is not satisfying enough, especially in the temples.
I also have two indentation on my stomach from the fat graft, I was very afraid of it before, and I can only hope it will get better with time
I also want to mention that after the procedure no one has reached out to me to see how I feel, and I thought it was weird even my injector and esthetician give a follow up call.
I tried to talk with the clinic and the doctor about everything and I just feel like they trying to get me off of it, and say the healing process isn’t over, I explained to them that everyday it gets worst and not better with pictures. I asked for a partial refund.
I just can’t believe I paid so much for something that only got the scar worse looking.
As for now I’m 12600$ short, I feel
Stupid buying in to this Instagram posts, flying all the way from nyc to WA, and the clinic made minimal effort to even replying to me.

Dr chesnut has amazing skills and is doing miracles!

I hade a scar on my nose from an injury and I was looking for the right doctor to treat me and I am so happy I found him, I had to travel and it was absolutely worth it!

I’m only 2 weeks after the procedure and the scar has improved so much it’s hard to tell I had ever had something there. I also did fat transfer to my under eyes and temples and It’s just looks beautiful

His stuff is great and very caring, and they took good care of me while I was there.
