One week, 5 days after stitches were removed
Redness has started to fade, the wound has stared to close more. Looks better on the ride side at the moment, hoping the left side will start filling in soon.
Chicken pox scar excision
I had a chicken pox scar on my face from very young and it was on my forehead, directly in between my eyes. I had been so self conscious of this all my life to the point I thought that people were staring at it when they spoke to me. Almost 2 weeks ago I had the scar excised, the scar tissue was cut out and my skin was stitched together. The scar is now longer in width (probably just under double the size). However it is no longer an indented round scar. It is a flat linear scar. So far I am happy with the results, but not sure what to expect long term.
