Worst Mistake Ever...

Picked Mark because of his past years of experience and reputation. He offered,in his adds, all done in one sitting, which didn't happen. I am a fair skinned person with reddish brown hair which he was not used to doing. Half way through he could not continue and we had to reschedule for a later date, which made me unhappy. Rescheduled to finish and at this point the color and placement looked good except for making me look like a work in progress. About 6 months out the SMP was looking spotty or blotchy where pigment did not stick. Let me just say I took no medications and followed all the instructions Mark provided including changing job so that I would not sweat which could cause a white cast to ink. He was offering sorry had a bad day and was overworked etc.etc . Made a third appointment and Mark made all types of excuses to his errors but he was very upset that he was asked to redo the SMP. This time we stayed over at a B&B to make sure he could do it correctly in two days time. Was told half way through that he darkened the ink a bit even when he was told the color was perfect the first time. It looked really dark but hoped it would settle in, it hasn't, and the color is more on the black tone not reddish brown. He has made no offer to either pay me back or help me in any way to fix his mess. We told him we would take him to court which he calls harassment...He said to read his release which basically leaves him with no responsibility....I believe he did this on purpose because no EXPERT with years in the business would do this kind of botch job.. Mark is living on his past reputation because he has totally lost his ability to do SMP due to his medical and drug issues...STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS...
