SMP after hair transplant

SMP after hair transplant

I had a successful hair transplant but was unhappy with crown coverage. Most people say that the crown area is a black hole so I decided to try SMP to fill in and give density. The actual procedure is not cheap and takes 2 to 3 procedures spaced weeks apart. You can not wash your hair for at least 5 days so it's a process. I learned the hard way that you also cannot put rogain on for at least 3 - 4 weeks

Now the shame is that your provider was not knowledgable enough to tell you how to take care of it in the first place. You should have received a full couple of pages of aftercare instruction. The strict adherence to aftercare is critical to the outcome of the procedure. The fact that you did not get aftercare instruction should be a wake-up call as to the provider you picked, does not know what they are doing.

Well he was trained by on of the best and most well known companies for training SMP in NYC and it was a reputable company but yes. I actually had to do my own research to find the best aftercare instructions

This is before the SMP. I’m 8 months into a hair transplant. There are a lot of new hairs sprouting but I don’t want to wait as I know the coverage will be light
