DON’T GO TO GOOD LOOK INK. I was expecting to show up to a respectable established environment. Instead I showed up to shady office building to a woman in sweat pants and crocs that does SMP as a side hustle. Needless to say I did not have a good experience. Went elsewhere to get it fixed and the difference is night and day. Choose wisely, you are getting your head tattooed !,

Where did you go for the correction?

Had an appointment with Good look ink . I got cold feet and cancelled. I did not expect a full refund of my deposit back. I only wanted a portion which I thought was fair. I reached out to them and communicated several times. The bank card I used was hacked and they told me that it may be impossible to refund because that money for deposit should be connected to the card. However, I was hacked that’s not my fault. That same card is connected to a checking account. I never did get one dime back and I’ve communicated nearly 20 times with the representative by the name of Jared . I have communicated over and over for 10 1/2 months. The silence is indifference and contempt for me as a customer. By the way, I did get SMP done, but I went to another studio at a much cheaper rate when I finally decided just to take the plunge and do this. Good locate told me I would be in and out in one day and the studio I went to said that’s not possible to do one day like that. The artist Hass to get to know you. A real artist in SMP artistry gets to know you and your needs for two or three sessions, or even more, depending on shading, and how much you can take in one session. good looking is not real artistry and they’re not fair and they’re like a factory making T-shirts on an assembly line. This is how they operate. This is who they are. Ridiculous and bad business practice. I told him they can keep the money as that is a Weight on their soul… not mine. This is not the company to go to if you want this done. They are the equivalent of a used car salesman on some corner lot, trying to push off a bogus product when the same product can be done elsewhere with real artist and real communication and respect for your decisions, and partial refunds . The SMP studio I went to is designed for that, and furthermore GLI people I was scheduled to be with was in back if a hair salon .. in a strip mall .. in the back of the salon behind some make shift ugly curtain. GLI is not the company for you.
