32F Hyper Expressive Face

As I'm getting older I'm noticing more and more undesirable skin manifestations. I'm hyper expressive, have classical Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, have skin color and texture changes from years of acne, have droopy hooded eyelids, and have lost a fair amount of weight. So my face is darker and redder than my neck, fine lines starting and getting worse everywhere, extra lines in my cheeks when I smile, frown, etc.

I hace my acne under control with Spironolactone so I started with IPL to tackle the discoloration. At my last appointment I asked about "Botox" for my frown lines.

It's like magic. Six units between my brows and a week later I can barely frown. The lines are flattened away so much it's amazing. I had no idea it would be so inexpensive either. My face was numbed from IPL prep lotion so barely felt the needle, just a little pressure with the first injection. Slight redness for an hour maybe, could have easily covered with makeup. Took three full days to start working. Maybe just a smidge more droopiness to my eyelids but I could be imagining it. Wish I'd done this sooner, will definitely be continuing into the future.

I was silly and didn't take a before pic of me frowning because I didn't think of it and who does that normally, so here's an even sillier picture that half-shows what my face could do squinting/frowning, along with a pic from today showing me trying to friends but only able to narrow my eyes. You'll just have to trust the lines are better when I'm not making any expression because my camera just isn't that great.
