My goal is to have a flat abdomen and back..... I’m 5 ft tall and about 180 lbs. I hate that my abdomen protrudes out and that I have like 3 rolls of back fat. It’s very unattractive and I hate the way I look in all of my clothing because I can’t wear a bikini or lingerie and feel comfortable. I want my old figure back....
