I'm a 34 yr old mom of an 11 & 7 yr old- 5'6" and 143 lbs. I had 370/390 Saline MP implants put in 4 years ago and just noticed one year ago a capsular contracture gradually developing in my left breast ??. I've been increasingly uncomfortable and even hugging or being intimate with my husband is difficult because it literally feels like a rock is in my chest and any pressure put on it can hurt. I've been putting it off for an entire year because I didn't want to have to spend another $10000 on a surgery when I just paid my other one off. My PS has been aware of it and keeping track of the progress of it and he actually went out of his way and wrote a letter to my insurance for me and actually managed to get them to approve the revision surgery (the capsule removal/provider/surgical fees and anesthesia-not new implants). Still that will help so much and ultimately made me decide to move ahead with the decision. My Pre-Op was 9/8/17, I had to pay the $9000 up front but will get reimbursed by Ins- not sure how much yet- I signed all my papers, got blood work done, filled all my prescriptions for surgery day and decided on final replacement implants- going with 485 Sientra Gummy Bear Silicone Mod Profile Round Textured Implants. My left breast naturally is a tiny bigger than my right that's why my 1st implants are 370 & 390 but my PS spent a good chunk of time with me figuring out exactly the right dimensions and taking into consideration that when they remove the capsule some of my natural breast tissue may come with it and since the difference in my breasts is not that much- he opted for going with the same size implants this time around. I'm nervous yet excited at the same time!! Any other ladies out there who got 485 silicone??? I'm nervous I'm going too large but last time I wish I went bigger so I don't wanna feel that way after this one. These are pics of me now with the saline.

I'm about 10 days away from surgery and so nervous I'm not going to get the size I want. Right now I've got 370/390cc saline and I'm 5'6" & about 145 lbs. I'm a 34C or 36D- just wondering if I go 485 cc Silicone- is that a full cup size up from what I'm now? I wish I could find someone with about same stats as me and 485cc lol.

Added Areola reduction!!!

JPGAL
So I'm about 6 days from surgery!!! I actually went back into the office yesterday for an additional consult for an areola reduction. My areola s were never that big, however when I had a mini lift done my first BA- it stretched them out so I don't like how large they are. These are my wish pics for areola size- I just prefer smaller ones- I just like the way they look. So that added like almost $5000 onto my procedure ???? but it will make me happier so worth it. My surgery will be about 4-5 hours long because They have to remove my old 370/390 saline implants, remove capsular contracture scar tissue from my left breast, add in the new silicone 485 MP round textured implants and then do the areola "donut" reduction. I already went out and bought new comfy outfits, zip shirts, grippy slippers, warm socks, a wedge pillow lol, bunch of light snacks like crackers, applesauce, protein shakes, ginger ale and a bunch of easy dinners my hubby can make for first couple days for him and the kids. Im feeling totally prepared but have major anxiety and hate waiting. Plus I have a wedding to go to this weekend, and family coming down and staying with us, a huge presentation at work on Monday- then surgery Tuesday...need Tuesday to get here ????. Stay tuned!! Lol.
