PRP Reversed Unexplained Hair Loss

I lost about 50% of my hair within 8 weeks for reasons unknown. I have multiple autoimmune issues, so there was an assumption that played a role in my hair loss. Finasteride did not make a major difference so I researched other option and found PRP/CRP injection therapy. My doctor is actually the inventor of this procedure and was amazing and low pressure at my consultation. He did warn me it would take several treatments (every 6 months) and at least a year to see results. At the one year mark and after two treatments, my hair started to return n amazing form. The new hair is coming in jet black (he warned me this may happen, I am a natural red head) but it is coming in! I am 100% satisfied with the results and want to encourage others that this is a game of patience. My new hair is about 3" long and continuing to grow rapidly. It is healthy, not wispy and fragile. I both highly recommend the procedure and my physician, just know it is a financial investment and it does take time. I will update with photos when I can.
