WORTH IT$800
I had my first of 3 of the Infini micro needling and here's my take. I did it as I'm 47, and I have good skin, but want to keep it up. I was told the Infini would tighten, reduce pore size ( a big concern ), even skin texture. The procedure wasn't very pleasant, but bearable. I've had other treatments done so the pain was around a 4-5. First they numbed me cream for about 30 minutes, then did about 12-14 small injections of lidocaine all around my face. I had my full face down, but not forehead. The injections were more than I anticipated and pinched a bit. As soon as that was done the machine was on and she did 3 runs on each section of the face. Most of it was doable, just around the jawline it was a bit - M-f-er! I will do my second and third ones and update. Here are pictures of after procedure. I had burning in the car and driving home, but as soon as I got home, about 45 minutes later, I didn't feel any pain.

In your opinion was it worth it? I heard PRP may not work from a top rated Dermotologist in Beverly Hills and wondering if Fraxel is a better more guaranteed option?

Yes, I feel it was worth it and plan on doing the 2nd and 3rd treatment. I did not do PRP with this treatment, as I had also heard that is a more superficial procedure that doesn't really do that much. There are 2 types of Fraxel, restore or repair. One is much more powerful, and I have done the lesser Fraxel twice and did not feel that was worth it. It was really painful, you swell and look great around day 10, but it fades fast. I didn't see lasting effects from it. Depends on what you're trying to address I guess.

Plus I saw reduction of pore size around my nose particularly almost immediately. I don't know of another treatment that will do that. :)

Any updates a month later? Still pleased?

I am, I did V beam a few weeks later, (in a separate review) which I was very unhappy with and am still seeing the effects of, so it's a bit tough to see. But I definitely saw a reduction in pore size which was my main concern and my skin has a better texture. I'll plan on another treatment in September when my skin calms down a bit.

I am a youthful fit 49 year old woman. I did micro needling and not only did my skin texture get bumpy, I have had innumerable white/black head bump breakouts. Under a scope mirror, the mini bumps can be expressed but return as the pores have been inflamed. My once clean clear skin feels like a teenager now with reoccurring mini bumps on my checks, temples and forehead where the micro needling was done. Don't recommend this treatment.

I agree. Right before the procedure I noticed my skin looked to nice and I've always gotten compliments. Now 2 weeks after the procedure my pores are larger and my sister keeps complaining on how she doesn't like how I have a ton of little bumps on my skin. Will this go away?
