Dr. Mobley and His Team Are Awesome

For twenty years, my thighs and buttocks carried the definition of "stubborn fat". I lost 50 lbs. in 2013, but even then the fat in my thighs and buttocks remained. That was when I knew the only way to rid myself of the excess weight was through liposuction. I never seriously considered that to be an option because I assumed it was for people with serious health problems related to obesity. When I learned that liposuction was for "skinny" people, I immediately looked into it and found my way to Dr. Mobley through a family member recommendation. The best part of my experience was the excellent care from Dr. Mobley and the Nursing staff. The worst part of the experience was when I stood on the second floor not knowing where to go right before my surgery; the front desk girl sent me up, and I was expecting to see someone to direct me where to go next, but no one was there. I just stood in the 2nd floor hallway until a nurse happened to walk by, and she looked at me as if she were thinking "who are you?" I identified myself and even then the nurse didn't react with "Oh! Right this way!" Instead, it was more of a "Really? Oh... well, I guess I'll take you." Once I got settled, everything was fine. My experience at the Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center has transformed my opinion of plastic surgery. I once held a negative opinion because I assumed everyone who had "work done" was shallow, vain, and narcissistic. I very much do NOT think this anymore; I see plastic surgery as a way for people to feel better about themselves, which can go a long way in our visually-oriented society.
