Dr. Engel and I spoke about different type of implants and ultimately I went with anatomical 410's. I was not 100% on size so I left my trust in my surgeon. I'm so glad I did! Apparently, I have a rib that protrudes and slightly more tissue on the right side. Because of this, he chose 410cc on the left and 360cc on the right.
